Who operates OzOzOz

OzOzOz is operated by Lexro Solutions. The app is hosted on Vercel. Some optional features use other service providers listed below.

No login and local practice data

OzOzOz does not require you to create an account or log in. Active practice sessions, completed attempts, and result feedback dismissals are stored locally in your browser using local storage and session storage.

We do not store your full practice test answers or attempt history on our servers as part of normal test use. Clearing browser data may remove saved progress and previous attempts from this device.

Contact form and feedback you choose to send

If you use our contact form, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, and message. If you leave optional feedback after a practice test, we may collect your vote, optional comment or improvement text, optional name and email, optional Australian state or territory, and whether you consent to publish your feedback.

Contact and feedback submissions may be sent by email to Lexro Solutions using Resend. Where configured, they may also be stored in a Supabase database so we can review and respond to messages and improve the product. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form to help reduce spam and automated abuse.

Only provide personal information you are comfortable sharing. Do not include sensitive information in free text fields unless it is necessary for your enquiry.

Analytics and product improvement

We use analytics to understand how people use OzOzOz, measure reliability, and improve the product. When enabled, this may include page views, feature usage events such as starting or completing a practice test, and interactions such as contact, feedback, or support clicks.

Analytics providers used by OzOzOz may include:

• Google Analytics and, where configured, Google Tag Manager
• PostHog
• Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights

These tools may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies and may process approximate location, device, browser, and usage information according to each provider's policies. Analytics are optional in the sense that the app is designed to keep working when analytics configuration is not present, but if analytics scripts load in your browser they may still collect data as described by the relevant provider.

Advertising and cookies

OzOzOz may display Google AdSense ads to help keep the service free. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads.

You can manage ad personalisation through Google ads settings. You can also learn more about Google advertising technologies.

Progressive Web App and offline use

OzOzOz may offer install and offline features through a service worker. Installed app data and cached content remain on your device unless you remove the app or clear site data in your browser.

Third-party privacy policies

Third-party services have their own privacy policies. Useful starting points include Google, PostHog, Vercel, Resend, Cloudflare, and Supabase.
