Using OzOzOz does not guarantee that you will pass the Australian citizenship test.

Accuracy of content

We aim to keep practice content useful and aligned with study material based on Australian Citizenship: Our Common Bond, but users should always refer to official Department of Home Affairs resources for the latest information.

Local device storage

OzOzOz saves practice progress and completed attempts locally on your device. Clearing browser data may remove this history. Optional install and offline features may also store cached content on your device.

Contact, feedback, and user submissions

If you contact us or submit optional feedback, you agree to provide accurate information where requested and not to submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content. We may use contact and feedback submissions to respond to you, operate the service, prevent abuse, and improve OzOzOz.

If you choose to give consent to publish feedback, you confirm you have the right to share the content you submit and that it may be used in product or marketing materials at our discretion unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Analytics, third-party services, and advertising

OzOzOz uses third-party services for hosting, analytics, performance monitoring, email delivery, spam protection, optional data storage, and advertising. These may include Vercel, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, PostHog, Google AdSense, Resend, Cloudflare Turnstile, and Supabase.

Your use of OzOzOz is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what information may be collected and how it is handled.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OzOzOz and Lexro Solutions are not responsible for loss or damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on its practice content.
